STARkids : closed species

A shooting star acts as a vessel for people wishes and dreams and when they touch it the wish soon becomes true for this person. The happiness it produces on people gives them energy and joy. They feed on these feelings and need it to survive so they regularly look for these stars in the night sky.


They are born from the stardust left after a shooting star rain. This is a very special event for every STARkid not only because there are newborns but also because of the great amount of wishes and energy and joy that comes with it.
They always prepare for these special nights when they all come out to gather as many stars as they can. They consider it as a gift from the universe and as an act of gratitude and respect they share their stars so that most of the wishes come true making people heappy all over the land.

Their eyes have a star shaped pupil that helps them find stars with a wishes.
They are kemonomimi based species.
Their height is half the size of average humans.
They all have a different constellation mark on some part of their body. Only twins can have the same mark.

- Very few of them have their constellation as floating stars around their ears or tail. It is a very rare trait.
- The number of stars in their constellation depends on how many stars left the stardust they were formed from. For example, 4 stars dropped some of their dust in the same place and STARkid was born, so his/her constellation will have 4 stars.
- They may have the same number of stars but they will be joined differently.

They are usually very nice and kind but there can be some grumpy ones or loners.
When two ST★Rkids see the same shooting star from different places a strong bond of friendship or love is formed between them as they pick it up together and cross paths. It is very rare that nothing happens or that they become enemies.
If they feel lonely they may also wish on a shooting star and the other kid that finds it will be their friend or significant other.
They may also gather in groups and search for stars together and share energy and joy.

Its when they spend long periods of time without the energy of a wish. They become slow and eventually very sleepy until they fall into a deep sleep and can only wake up from being given energy.

It happens when they pick up one of the following stars:
Half star: it happens when someone doesnt finish making their wish. These stars are the less dangerous ones, they may give them headaches or a small cold. The stars are fragile and cannot become true so as soon as they throw them away or break they are cured.

Evil Stars: its when someone wishes for bad to happen. It gives them pain and affects their personality making them rude or sad; they lose the ability to make good wishes come true and may start breaking the good ones if they remain infected too long.
An infected kid will make enemies if they find the same star, specially if both are infected; they are also unable to find love wishes.
To cure they have to make the wish come true and make bad happen or get someone else to break the star for them.

Death Stars: its when someone wishes death upon a shooting star. These stars are black with a dark glow so pretty much all kids will stay away from them. These have no cure and may bring death to whoever picks it up.

They will never have two rare traits and very rare + uncommon does not happen, however a rare + uncommon do may happen.

Constellation mark: normal, their mark glows stronger the more energy they have.
Floating constellations around tails or ears: rare, the stars are joined by stardust and it also glows stronger the more energy they have.



Same color on both eyes and pupils: normal.
Two differente eye color: uncommon, detects bad wishes a lot easier and can avoid them better.
 Pupil of different color than the iris: rare, these will never pick an Evil or Death Stars.



Super rare type that is almost a myth. They have full nebulas inside their ears or eyes.

Some wishes have an expiration date that appears on the star as a clock and they must hurry up to make it come true or the wish will expire.
They can gift stars to others and share energy and joy.
They may keep the stars with them until the energy wores out or if they like the wish they may just save and collect them. Some wishes are special, such as love ones and they can keep them for the memories.
The best way to keep their stars is in bottles, either individually or all together. The glass helps the energy last longer.
Some of them put the stars on their tails, hair, necklace or other accesories.
